Sometimes your insecurities can cause you to pull away from friends and family. Do what you can to keep these relationships intact.
Take some time for yourself.
Try not to judge yourself. Everyone feels insecure at some time or another. Working on yourself and letting go of any judgment can help you turn insecurity from a daily event to something you experience infrequently. Be sure and practice self-care. Get into nature, exercise frequently, and take a break from social media. Try gratitude journaling. Write down positive feelings and ways that you’re proud of yourself.
