Each of us has a story. Our past can influence or shape our lives, but it doesn’t define or limit who we are. It does not have the power to tell us who we can become. My initial goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe place for my clients to feel seen, heard and understood. I believe therapy provides the opportunity to discover and use the healing power of our stories to make us stronger. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to achieve their potential, and to thrive.

I work with all populations including military and our first responders.
