I recently relocated to Mountain Home from Arizona just last year. I am so excited be part of and serve this great community. The outdoor activities here are endless. You will likely find me kayaking on a pretty day in a creek or at the lake and maybe doing a little fishing. The amazing beauty and nature of Arkansas is memorizing to me. Indoors, I really enjoy card games, reading, baking, or building Legos. I am a huge animal lover and advocate. I share my home with four angel kitties and one wild Husky to thinks he runs things.

Each of us has a story. Our past can influence or shape our lives, but it doesn’t define or limit who we are. It does not have the power to tell us who we can become. My initial goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe place for my clients to feel seen, heard and understood. I would like to believe that therapy provides the opportunity to discover and make use of the healing power of our stories to make us stronger. My goal is to help others achieve their potential.
