(LAC)

Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Going through a stressful life transition? Or maybe you just haven’t been feeling like yourself lately? Life can be tough, and sometimes we just need a deeper level of help to overcome our problems. That’s why I’m here! I have always been passionate about mental health and reducing the stigma associated with it, so I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental place for my clients to work towards their goals. I am experienced in working with clients with a wide variety of issues such as schizophrenia, eating disorders, personality disorders, adults who are experiencing depression or anxiety, and individuals who are just having a tough time and need some extra support. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to overcome their problems and feel empowered by using cognitive-behavioral and person-centered techniques. I am committed to helping my clients feel accepted, safe, and understood when working with me and learn useful tools and coping skills that can help alleviate their current distress and skills that they can take with them for future use after they leave. I want therapy to be a positive experience for my clients and for them to leave therapy feeling validated and accomplished. Mental health issues are not personal failures, and everyone experiences rough patches, but you don’t have to suffer alone or in silence. I would love to help you on this journey of healing.
