If you are reading this, you are most likely in one of the hardest struggles of your life. You have come to a place where you say, “I can’t do this alone anymore.” You have taken the first brave step toward healing. I am passionate about being present with people as they walk through their struggles. In my interactions with all clients, I value the worth of each individual and strive to validate their stories and emotions. I hold each person in the highest regard unconditionally. In the counseling field, the latter is referred to as Person-Centered. Keeping that as my mindset, I incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions in my work with adults. I utilize child-centered play therapy techniques and interventions in my work with children.

I first graduated from UAFS – Fort Smith with a BA in Psychology. I then continued my education at John Brown University, earning an MS in Clinical Counseling. I have also received training in Sand Tray and other art-assisted therapies, which are used to assist in the counseling process for adults and children. I have had the privilege of sitting with people from all walks of life and ages through their darkest seasons.

I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where my clients can be themselves and make discoveries along the way—a place where trust is built so we can work together to reach your goals. I would consider walking alongside you on this journey an honor and privilege.
