(LMSW)

I am passionate about building healthy and resilient communities. To me this means supporting people through all stages of life’s journey whether that be through the challenges of adolescence, single and/or childless adulthood, new or veteran parenthood, or transitioning into the role of a community elder and confronting mortality. I am a trained birth and death doula with years of experience in the medical field supporting people through grief, infant loss, obstetric and medical trauma, and navigating new diagnoses or end-of-life care. I feel privileged to witness the vulnerability of the postpartum period and love supporting parents whether through normal ups and downs or postpartum depression and mood disorders. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself and long-time sexuality educator, I also love to work with people of all ages to navigate and celebrate all identities. I work with my clients to address and heal intergenerational and attachment trauma and unlearn what no longer serves you. I am a guide to connect with your roots and blossom into your most aligned and integrated self. Additional experience and passions include adoption and foster care, working with people living with HIV or other chronic illnesses, working with people who use drugs, and supporting survivors of sexual violence. I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective and honor each person’s somatic wisdom and inherent worth. I respect personal autonomy and always provide a space free of stigma and judgment. I am always open to learning with and from you on this journey as we confront some of life’s biggest (and smallest) challenges and questions.
