Let me meet you where you are and together we’ll discover the best tools and strategies to help you overcome the struggles you’re facing.  I choose to use an integrative approach, consisting of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and reality-based techniques when working with my clients.    So many times we struggle with emotions that lead to maladaptive behaviors.  Yet, other times, we witness concerning behaviors first and seek to find the reasons behind them.  This can be overwhelming and cause uncertainty of how to move forward.  My job is to help you understand the significance of your behaviors and emotions and use this to guide our journey in finding the best you!

I have spent ten years in the mental health field, working primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults in both traditional and alternative school settings. I graduated from Henderson State University with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014.  I have worked with various issues including anger, disruptive behaviors, ADHD and impulse control, oppositional defiance, anxiety, depression, and grief.
