Jamie Leach, Therapist

Most people seek out therapy when their life has become unmanageable in some way. Feelings of hopelessness, confusion, and isolation can be overwhelming. We are not meant to face these things alone, and having a trusted person to walk with you can make all the difference. Therapy is a very personal experience, and it is important to find a therapist who you are comfortable with. I enjoy helping people that are struggling with depression, anxiety, mental health concerns, relationship issues, and addiction, among others.

I am a firm believer in human connection and the quote, “Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces”. I want you to feel welcome every time you walk through my door, knowing I am here to listen, and that you are truly in a “safe space”. My goal is to help empower you to live victoriously, challenge your unhealthy beliefs, and heal from the things that have hurt you.
