Navigating life changes, family changes, and school changes can be difficult for children and young adults. Learning about the world around you while simultaneously dealing with mental health concerns can be even more challenging if you don’t have the right tools or support. Parents may need extra support or therapeutic help for their children to ensure that they are happy, healthy, and successful. This is an area in which I, as a mental health professional, can support children and young adults.

For the last several years, I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults in school-based and outpatient settings to work on a variety of problems and diagnoses. From anxiety and depression to trauma and grief, I have helped countless young people to develop coping mechanisms, thought processing skills, communication and problem-solving skills, and self-confidence to help them navigate their world. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Multi-System Lifecourse Perspective, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other trainings beneficial to children and young adult populations. If you think you or your child could benefit from mental health services, I am here to help! I look forward to working with you!
