I will work with you to find coping skills & techniques that will help you facilitate change, exploration, and personal growth. I value collaborating with clients on achievable goals so that at the end of our time together, you can look back and see how far you’ve come. Seeking help can be challenging, yet so rewarding! My goal is to work with you to help meet your therapy goals and give you the skills you need to work through your areas of concern! I specialize in individual counseling, CBT, grief/loss, managing anger, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and stress.
