I support clients who are carrying the effects of trauma, navigating recovery, managing anxiety, or trying to build a life they don’t need to escape from. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and practical, with a focus on helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
I draw from EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and SMART Recovery-informed care. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, recovery, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational stress, and identity-related concerns.
My goal is to provide an affirming space where clients can reconnect with their strengths, reclaim their story, and create meaningful change.
