(PLMSW)

Healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and supported—and that’s exactly what I aim to offer every client. As a Provisionally Licensed Master Social Worker, I’m passionate about creating a space where people in all stages of life feel safe, seen, and supported. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I especially enjoy supporting clients navigating trauma, PTSD, chronic illness, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges.

My therapeutic style is relational, compassionate, and grounded in trauma-informed care. With children and teens, I incorporate play, creativity, and emotional skill-building. With adults, I offer a collaborative space to explore identity, anxiety, grief, or simply the weight of carrying too much for too long. My goal is always to help clients move toward self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful growth.

Part of what brought me to this work is my own lived experience navigating the complexities of chronic illness and healing. I understand firsthand how important it is to be met with both empathy and clinical support—and I bring that to every session. Prior to joining Chenal Family Therapy, I also facilitated therapeutic programming in nature-based and animal-assisted care, which continues to inform my holistic view of mental health.

Whether you’re seeking support for your child, your teen, or yourself, I’m here to walk with you at your pace and help create lasting change from a place of safety and connection.
