Hi, I’m Shawn. Life can be challenging and we all experience difficult seasons. I’m here to help. Over the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to work and counsel different age groups, from young children to college students, couples and families, and finally to the elderly in long-term health care. I have experience in school-based and clinical settings. These age groups all experience a variety of life concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem issues, charting life changes, and goal setting.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered with interventions and treatments focused in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through our sessions, clients can expect to build an array of healthy coping skills to address life challenges, transitions, and hardships. I work closely alongside clients to ensure their improved well-being and promote healthy changes for their lives.
