(LMSW)

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained and wondering if it might be time for a change? You’re not alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, trauma, or other challenges that are difficult to navigate and can impact daily life. This is a space where you can show up as you are, talk openly, and begin making sense of things, one step at a time. I work with adults and adolescents to help them understand their emotions, build healthier coping skills, and feel more in control of their reactions and behaviors. I have extensive experience working with trauma and understand how deeply it can affect emotional regulation, relationships, and day-to-day life. I also work with individuals navigating substance use and recovery, and recognize how closely mental health and substance abuse are connected. With children and adolescents, I focus on helping them learn healthier ways to express their feelings and impulse control while supporting caregivers in creating consistency and structure at home. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on what matters most to you and building on your strengths and goals. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to help process difficult experiences and develop practical tools for everyday life. Through a holistic approach, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with the goal of helping you live a healthier, more balanced life—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
