Lauren Wilber, Therapist
(LMSW)

Life can be tough, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Hi! I’m Lauren, a Licensed Master Social Worker and Mountain Home native. I believe meaningful change begins by simply starting somewhere, and sometimes that starts with a conversation.

I have spent most of my career working in inpatient hospital and psychiatric settings as both a case manager and unit therapist, providing crisis intervention, supporting individuals through difficult transitions, and advocating for mental health in our community. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to support individuals and families in the place I’ve always called home by helping them develop practical tools, build confidence, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and a wide variety of concerns. My primary areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth, and family and relationship challenges. It’s important to me that every client feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. My approach is client-centered, solution-focused, authentic, and compassionate. I most often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based techniques to help clients build on their existing strengths and confidently navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me on the lake or river, exploring the outdoors, gardening, or spending time with my cats or chickens. I love adventure, traveling, and most importantly, spending quality time with my family and friends.
