Lance White, Therapist

Lance White is a licensed professional counselor (AR license #P1405052) with a Master of Science degree in counseling from John Brown University. He enjoys working alongside adolescent or adult clients as they seek to find happiness through couple, family or individual counseling. Lance has an extensive history of assisting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, divorce recovery, and adjusting to change. He utilizes a solution-focused approach along with cognitive behavioral techniques to assist clients in achieving therapy goals.

Lance has therapeutic experience in both Arkansas and Colorado that includes private practice, residential treatment facilities, inpatient hospitals, outpatient community mental health centers, intensive outpatient programs, and mental health court programs.
