Jennifer “Cory” Spradley, Therapist

(LCSW)

Life is a journey that can be unpredictable, scary, and stressful. My approach to therapy is to begin with the challenges and barriers before identifying solutions and strengths. I thrive on helping my clients foster a strength of self, help develop their solutions and discover new perspectives.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have worked in the behavior health field for 14 years, and I am proud to work with a variety of populations. I have worked in multiple settings including school-based, community-based, and international settings. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, anger, and adjustment, as well as, people who identify as LGBTQ+. I utilize a client-centered and strengths-based approach, allowing the client to direct the therapy and focus on their current needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy. I understand the importance of needing to feel comfortable and valued, and I seek to establish a safe and comfortable environment to share. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
