(LAC)

Obstacles in life come unexpectedly and often without clear directions around them. This can be overwhelming, stressful, or anxiety-inducing. My goal is to help you find unique ways to change. Every person and problem in life is different. I use a client-centered approach to therapy, giving you space to work on aspects of life that you want, break negative patterns or habits, heal from trauma, and become the person you want to be. One of the most important aspects of creating change in your life is comfortability. I enjoy working with adolescents, couples, individual adults, and families regardless of your race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender. In our time together my priority is to listen to you, reflect with you, and together we will create ways to overcome the obstacles that you have come across in life.

I graduated from John Brown University with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about helping others. I love working with individuals as well as couples or families. Often, change happens alongside others, and I would be honored to be able to walk alongside you through your difficulties and successes.
