I am a Mental Health Professional dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, incorporating evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral concerns, trauma, family conflict, grief, life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation. enjoy using creative and engaging interventions, including play-based activities, art, role-playing, coping skills development, and psychoeducation, to help clients build confidence and develop healthy ways to manage emotions.
I believe that meaningful change happens through strong therapeutic relationships and collaboration. I work closely with families, schools, and other members of each client’s support system to promote lasting progress both in and outside of therapy. My goal is to help every client recognize their strengths, develop resilience, and gain the skills needed to thrive.
