Brooke Nealy, Medication Management

Brooke is a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing mental health care to the adult and children populations. She is nationally certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2016 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She has gained experience working in inpatient psychiatric facilities while working to obtain her master’s degree. She graduated in 2019 with a Master of Nursing Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is dedicated to providing supportive services, diagnostic evaluations, and medication management for individuals with multiple diagnoses, which include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and trauma-related disorders. Brooke has been privileged to provide telemedicine services across the state of Arkansas, however, the majority of her career has been focused on providing treatment to rural communities. Her goal is to work with clients to develop an individualized medication management plan that both addresses symptoms and improves quality of life. When she is not working, Brooke enjoys camping, mud-riding, and watching Razorback sports.
