Brittany Palermo, Medication Management
(APRN)
As a South Arkansas native, I look forward to being in a position to give back and serve the community and communities like where I grew up. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who started off as an RN in 2013 and worked in several types of settings within healthcare. I am now able to provide diagnosis and treatment for various mental health conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, and schizophrenia. I strive to offer medication management that fulfills collaborative goals of treatment between the client, myself, and other healthcare professionals. I enjoy seeing clients from pediatric to the adult age range and believe that taking time to listen to clients and setting realistic goals for treatment is paramount to success.
I am a mother of two boys, so much of my free time is devoted to being a mother, a spouse, and tending to a small farm with a variety of animals. I enjoy spending time outside hiking, fishing, and taking photos. I believe a holistic approach to treatment, which involves the physical, mental, and emotional elements of a person, is the best approach to full healing and satisfaction. Understanding my clients as individuals is important to me and I look forward to the individual professional relationships and goals I am able to set with each one.
