My name is Ashley! I’m ecstatic to be apart of the CFT family! I graduated with 2 Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Health & Human Performance from Henderson State University (HSU). I am currently a graduate student at HSU studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about supporting people to become the best versions of themselves in all stages of life! Family, friends, music, art, culture, and nature inspire me! My best friend is my dog, Tucker! 🙂
