(LAC)

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) I have worked as a medical social worker and have some mental health experience. While working with those grieving the loss of a loved one, there have been many who have been faced with daily challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other unforeseen crisis. I believe that therapy can be one way or a path some take to become the best version of yourself. However, this path is one that we can take together.

My philosophy is that you, the client, can pick up all you have experienced in your lifetime and put it in a backpack with bravery and courage to slowly unpack every heavy brick that seems to weigh you down along the way. From every emotion or thought, your backpack will become lighter as we navigate this path together. The lighter it becomes, the more you will be able to enjoy the joys of life. With every brick you put down, you will find relief and confidence to take on daily challenges such as anxiety, depression, or any unforeseen crisis.

So, let’s take up our backpacks, enjoy the journey, and become lighter on our path to what brings meaning and purpose to a life so freely given. Let’s choose to become the best versions of ourselves together.
