My experience ranges from working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. These include school-based services, rehabilitative day programs, community housing/supportive living, and outpatient counseling settings.

My therapeutic approach is adapted for the needs of each individual. I enjoy working with parents and children to help them learn how to navigate big emotions. I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all clients to express themselves. I also love working with teens, college students and adults dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, women’s issues, stress, adjustment and more.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Registered Play Therapist, certified in Kink Conscious Therapy and have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)Therapy and Sex Therapy.
