Do you feel like your nervous system is always “on edge,” even when nothing is wrong?

You might find yourself overthinking, getting overwhelmed easily, or shutting down in situations that seem manageable to others. These patterns aren’t signs that something is wrong with you, they’re signs that your nervous system has been trying to protect you.

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, and nervous system regulation. I work with trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression and patterns of overwhelm, shutdown, and emotional reactivity.

As an immigrant myself with Slavic roots, I have a special interest in working with immigrants, supporting them through the emotional and cultural complexities of adaptation.

In our work together, we focus on helping your body feel safer first, so that change doesn’t require force or constant effort.

Over time, you may notice:

  • less anxiety and overwhelm
  • a greater sense of regulation and stability
  • clearer thinking and decision-making
  • more connected and satisfying relationships
  • greater ability to stay present and enjoy everyday life

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis, gardening, reading, and relaxing with my cats.
