Growing up isn’t just about reaching milestones; it’s about discovering who you are.

If your child has recently become more anxious, withdrawn, or is struggling to regulate their big emotions, you might feel like you’ve tried everything. I partner with children and their families to navigate these formative years, focusing deeply on childhood personality development, emotional resilience, and identity formation.

My experience includes working with young persons struggling with problem behaviors, regulatory difficulties (impulse control, emotional and behavioral control, hyperactivity and attention problems), and extends to helping students develop academic, social and vocational paths.

As a Marriage and Family therapist grounded in Erikson’s stages of psychosocial development and Attachment theory, I create a safe space helping children establish secure foundations, adaptive coping mechanisms, and healthy self-esteem. Together we will uncover your child’s unique strengths, build their confidence, and foster a secure sense of self.

My sessions are conducted with an “all are welcome” perspective.
