I am passionate about supporting children (5+), families, and adults thrive in mind, body, and spirit. By weaving a blend of therapy styles, like Play Therapy, DBT, and ecotherapy, I guide clients toward resilience and transformation.

I have experience with youth navigating depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, PTSD, complex trauma, and grief. I also guide parents/caregivers through their own growth and healing. I am honored to serve clients from all walks of life, with over a decade of expertise supporting Black and brown communities and the LGBTQ+ family.

My approach is also grounded in ancestral healing, where we work together to uncover how generational themes may play a role in your mental health. Somatics, dreamwork, and ecotherapy are some of the many tools we use to explore these deeper family themes.

In addition to practicing therapy, I am passionate about research and policy that supports children’s wellbeing. My recent study on adolescent suicidality in Arkansas is one I hope to publish and help youth thrive statewide.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Master of Social Work in 2026, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology in 2015. I taught English in Malaysia as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar, along with time living in Mexico and Argentina. In my free time, I love gardening, dancing, and stargazing!
