Hi, My name is Lanette. I am a counseling intern pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  I strive to approach all people and situations with empathy and compassion. I work to create an environment of safety where I help facilitate building healthy boundaries and relationships. My goal is to support those in need during their darkest moments. As a counselor my mission is to sit with others in their pain and help them see they are not alone and have someone beside them for the next steps. I am passionate about trauma counseling and continuing to deepen my understanding of effective, evidence-based ways to help clients of all ages heal and thrive.
