(Statewide Telehealth)

I am completing my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and bring experience as a school counselor supporting children and families through emotional and relational challenges. I work with children, families, couples, and adults, with a special interest in group counseling, trauma-informed care, men’s issues, faith-based counseling, and spiritual integration. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy while integrating a respectful spiritual lens tailored to each client. I am committed to meeting people where they are and honoring their personal beliefs and values.

In my personal time, I enjoy attending church, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the mountains and rivers of Northwest Arkansas.

I became a counselor because I love helping people learn to be good stewards of their pain and discover purpose in their healing. There is something profoundly meaningful about walking alongside others as they find hope, rebuild relationships, and learn to become the authors of their own lives.
