Life comes with its share of challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. As a counselor, I know how much courage it takes to invite someone into your story and allow them to walk beside you. My goal is to be there with you every step of the way as you navigate your own path toward healing and meaning.

I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who are seeking support on their journey of self-discovery. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and addiction, and I’m always pursuing training to expand my clinical expertise. I mainly approach therapy through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens, with influences of mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I like to incorporate practical tools you can use in daily life, but above all, I believe connection comes before intervention, and that real progress starts with a genuine relationship.

I earned both my bachelor’s degree and master’s in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Arkansas. Outside of sessions, you can usually find me cooking, reading, going on walks with my husband and dog, or spending time with friends and family.
