I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a masters in Social Work in 2022. I have worked with parents, families, and children in addressing the difficulties that come with understanding how to communicate within relationships and respond to behaviors. I have received training in Play Therapy and use play therapy techniques in my approach to treatment of children and parents.

I use a person-centered approach because I believe that an increase in understanding of self can lead to discovering how individuals can help themselves. I invite you to increase your knowledge, experience relief, and reach a place of healing. I look forward to helping you on this journey.
