I believe in taking a collaborative, strengths-based approach with my clients. I have experience working in various settings (residential, day treatment, outpatient), with a wide array of clients and concerns with the majority of my experience working with children and families. Sessions are client-centered and assist clients in reaching their goals. I like to serve as a guide and a helper to assist in unpacking complicated things. I believe that people have the answers inside them and sometimes need some assistance in seeing things more clearly to live their best lives. I also believe that getting help is a sign of strength. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas and over 15 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I enjoy going to the gym, playing kickball, spending time outdoors, attending sporting events, traveling, and attending concerts.
