Insurance Updates or Questions?

How do I schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment?

  • Current Clients: Visit ChenalTherapy.com & select “Current Client – Schedule Appointment.”
  • New Clients or Scheduling Questions?

    Include client’s full name, date of birth, and appointment details.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 business hours before therapy or 48 business hours before medication management to avoid fees. You can cancel by voicemail or email.

How do I find my telehealth link?

Log into your client portal at ChenalTherapy.com under “Current Client – Schedule Appointment.” Then, you can either:

  1. Click on your appointment to find the telehealth link, or
  2. Click the “Telehealth” tab at the top & search for your clinician’s name to join.

How can I request my records?

Prescription Refills?

Call your pharmacy first and speak to a live person–avoid apps or automated systems. Many times, your prescription is already on file, but won’t show due to a different bottle number. Checking with your pharmacy first is the fastest way to get your medication.
