Most people seek counseling when the discomfort of staying the same outweighs the fear of change. Maybe you just need a few tools to get your life back on track, an objective sounding board, or a little bit of support in managing day-to-day issues. Maybe you’re overwhelmed with family conflict, handling your kids’ meltdowns, feeling disconnected from your spouse, or navigating the stress of balancing your professional life with your personal life.

I most often work with adults and teens to address relationship and communication problems, anxiety, depression, and stress. I also commonly work with pre-teens, couples, parents, and families, and help my clients to address disordered eating, women’s issues, attachment issues, trauma, suicidal ideation/self-harm, and self-sabotaging patterns of behavior. Because everyone’s story is different, I offer personalized approaches to meet you wherever life has you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, an Eating Disorder Informed Professional, and have training in Brainspotting trauma therapy phases I and II.
