I am a counseling intern currently completing my degree in Clinical Mental Health with an emphasis on Adventure Therapy.

I’m passionate about integrating the healing power of nature into the therapeutic process and creating a calm space where clients can explore both past and present experiences. I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. It is both an honor and a joy to walk alongside each person on their healing journey, helping them reconnect with themselves and uncover what they’ve been yearning for.
