Hannah Lewis, terapeuta
(LCSW)

As a third-generation social worker, I have a deep passion for helping others on their journey toward healing. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, active-duty service members, and veterans, serving as a source of support and guidance through life’s most challenging seasons.

My clinical experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with individuals navigating relationship and family concerns, trauma, substance use and addiction, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or others, struggling with the impact of past experiences, facing challenges in your relationships, or trying to break free from unhealthy patterns, my goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I believe every individual’s healing journey is unique. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I strive to understand each person’s story, experiences, strengths, and the parts of themselves that have helped them navigate life. Rather than viewing our patterns as problems to eliminate or fix, I believe many of them are protective parts that developed for good reason. Together, we can begin to understand those parts with curiosity and compassion, creating space for healing, deeper self-understanding, and lasting change.

My work is primarily informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients better understand and heal the parts of themselves that have carried pain, protection, and burdens for so long, while cultivating a stronger connection to their authentic Self. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I integrate when it aligns with a client’s goals and treatment needs.

Healing often begins by having a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and affirming environment where you can explore life’s challenges without judgment, strengthen your relationships with yourself and others, and move toward lasting healing. Whether you’re taking your first step into therapy or returning to continue your healing journey, my hope is that you’ll find a place where every part of you is welcome, and where lasting healing can begin.
