Sometimes we feel alone, even when we are surrounded by friends and loved  ones. Sometimes life feels relentless, as if it won’t stop coming at you. And  sometimes, you simply need someone to talk to.

My goal is to walk alongside individuals in a trauma-informed, judgment-free  environment where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal. I  graduated in 2026 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with my master’s  in social work, and previously also earned my master’s in forensic psychology. I am  trained in evidence-based approaches including TF-CBT, CBT, ACT, and DBT, and I  bring more than 10 years of experience in mental health and advocacy, along with  the perspective that comes from lived experiences.

I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families. I also have  had the privilege of supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and am  committed to providing affirming, compassionate care that honors each person’s  unique journey.
