Zachary Hale

 I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I approach therapy through an Existential-Humanistic lens. I believe that we have the ability to shape our course in life, find our own meaning in life, and create connections with others as well as ourselves. You matter and your mental health is my priority. I provide therapy in a way that is inclusive and understanding. I’ve worked with those living with a wide range of concerns, some of which include anxiety, depression, trauma history, severe mental illness, and navigating identity. I have experience working with those who identify as a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I work to provide an environment that is safe and supportive. I currently offer services to adults.
