(LMSW)

I believe some of the most meaningful work we can do is help people feel seen, heard, and understood during difficult seasons of life.

I work with individuals and families across the lifespan, supporting clients as they navigate emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges. My experience includes working with grief, anxiety, anger, family changes, low self-esteem, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe building trust and a genuine therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I strive to meet each client where they are, helping them recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and feel empowered to make positive changes. When appropriate, I also value working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other supports to promote lasting progress.

My own life experiences have given me a deeper understanding of resilience, relationships, transitions, and challenges that may not always be visible to others. These experiences have. shaped the empathy and perspective I bring to my work while maintaining the professional boundaries essential to the therapeutic relationship.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages feel respected, understood, and empowered to grow.
