Allie Martin, Therapist
(LACA)

Asking for help is one of the bravest steps we can take, and I believe that through life’s ups and downs, everyone deserves therapeutic support. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental, genuine space where clients can find empowerment and healing. I, Allie Martin, work as a trusted collaborator, helping clients navigate challenges related to life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationships while honoring their unique perspectives and personal goals. I am passionate about helping clients gain meaningful insight, strengthen resilience, and recognize that they are in the driver’s seat of their own lives. I draw from an eclectic range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian, Gestalt, and Person-Centered techniques, tailoring my approach to each client’s needs. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with teens involved in the juvenile justice system and adults facing concerns such as substance abuse, anxiety, and family and relationship struggles. I see clients as the experts on their own lives and look forward to building a strong, down-to-earth relationship grounded in trust and safety with every individual.
