(LACA)

Therapy is a collaborative journey where I walk alongside you as you grow into the version of yourself you are striving to become. I welcome clients from all walks of life and backgrounds, offering a safe, supportive space for anyone seeking understanding, growth, and healing. No matter your experience or challenge, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University.

I welcome clients from all walks of life, and I also have specific populations and challenges I’m especially drawn to. I am passionate about supporting law enforcement and first responders, recognizing the intense environments they navigate and the emotional weight they often carry quietly on their own. I also feel deeply drawn to helping individuals impacted by natural disasters, providing space to process both the immediate and long-term effects of crisis, loss, and disruption. Additionally, I find fulfillment working with individuals living with substance use challenges or in recovery, supporting them in understanding patterns, building resilience, developing healthier ways of managing distress, and long-term recovery.

I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, while tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs. Above all, I strive to foster an environment grounded in empathy, respect, and authenticity, where every client can feel safe, supported, and empowered on their path to healing.
