Are you struggling with broken relationships, feeling stressed or out of control, conflict, loss, grief, past trauma, anxiety, depression, or general hopelessness? It is my hope to create a safe place where connection, communication, and healing can take place. Our lives are oftentimes full of pain and loss. It can feel like we are trapped in our own lives and patterns. It doesn’t have to be that way. I want to hear your story and help you live a better one, so that you can live a more hopeful life in the years to come.

I use cognitive behavioral and existential narrative frameworks. Through insight and coming alongside, I hope to help you understand your story and how it’s either fostering health or frustration. The hope is that you will be able to find meaning and healing in life’s hardest places. I have a heart for adolescents, college students, young adults, parents, the elderly, mentorship, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, spiritual issues, and those in ministry.
