Mary Logan is a therapist who values connection and relationships and believes that each client has their own unique strengths to aid in their therapy journey. She hopes to empower clients to tap into their own inner resources while also connecting them to evidence-based tools for growth. Mary Logan received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Arkansas, and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UL Lafayette. She has pursued advance learning in system theories, allowing her to offer therapy for not only individuals but also to couples, families, and parent-child dynamics. She is currently working toward her Registered Play Therapy certification and has advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy as well as TF- CBT, one of the top evidence-based methods for trauma recovery in children.
Mary Logan enjoys to incorporate an integrative approach to therapy, consistent with her belief that each client’s strengths as well as presenting concerns are unique. This includes but is not limited to person-centered therapy, a systemic approach focusing on relationships, mindfulness, and creative interventions such as sandtray, art therapy, and nature-based practices. Mary Logan is LGBTQ+ allied with experience supporting transgender teens and their families. She works with children as young as age 4, couples, families, and individuals.
