Are constantly running with no end in sight? Mentally and emotionally exhausted? Do you find yourself thinking you can’t measure up? Stuck? Relationships aren’t what they used to be? You may be feeling depressed, anxious, dealing with the past or with conflict with current relationships. My desire is to provide a space where you can be your authentic self and understand how to make sense of your stories and experiences, develop positive connections and heal.

I feel privileged to work with both individuals and couples to help them heal emotionally, repair relationships and find success in life. I believe each person already has the strength, resources, and tools within themselves to better understand themselves and how to overcome life’s obstacles. My role is to help you tap into those inner resources so you can find healing, peace, and success.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Brown University. I have experience working with relationship issues, grief recovery, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and sexual abuse/trauma/PTSD. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. I look forward to working with you.
