I am Dr. Kathleen Wallace. I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision, M.S. in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Crisis & Trauma, and M.S. in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specializations in drug & alcohol, supervision, technology-assisted counseling, and technology-assisted supervision. I am also a Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I specialize in trauma and addictions working primarily with adolescents and adults, and hold specialized training in EMDR to facilitate work with clients who have a history of trauma. Experience with court-ordered, outpatient, as well as residential clients has uniquely qualified me to work with clients who may experience resistance or hesitancy regarding counseling. I am here to provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and empowering safe place to process your past and learn new ways to navigate the challenges of life. I focus on my clients’ needs and how I can personalize goals to enhance resilience and improve quality of life.
