Karly Williams, QBHP

(Qualified Behavioral Health Provider)

My name is Karly Williams. I am a Certified Life Coach for Health and Life Coaching. I grew up in Ottawa, KS, with my three younger brothers and a whole neighborhood full of kids, but now live in Harrison, AR. My family moved to this area in 1998, and I followed them in 2010. I fell in love with the mountains and rivers in this part of the state.

I have three very well-loved cats that are my babies. I enjoy outdoor activities, especially with friends and family. Growing up with a younger brother with Autism and special needs gave me life experiences that led me to a confidence, love, and passion for helping others. This passion has led me to a lifetime of career opportunities in various helping professions. My experience includes volunteer work in the VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) Program, where I was involved in multiple community outreach programs. I also previously worked as a Case Manager in a school-based mental health program for six years. Additionally, I have attended many Therapeutic and Paraprofessional Trainings and conferences over the last 10 years. I recently earned my dual certification in Health and Life Coaching from the Health Coaching Institute and have been working with adult clients struggling with adjusting to life during the recent coronavirus pandemic.
