I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. I have worked with Children, Adolescents, Families, Adults, and Seniors. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has numerous hours of training in CBT, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapies, and many more.
I treat my clients with compassion. I Counsel just as I live my life in a nonjudgmental way with an open mind. I meet my clients right where they are in life’s journey. I listen to my clients and work with what they want to obtain from the counseling experience. I have successfully overcome my own trauma and have a unique understanding of how it can affect our lives. I am married with three children and a new Granddaughter. My first two children are finishing up college and my last is starting. In my free time, I like to get out on the lake and just enjoy time with my family.
