I believe life is a journey and everyone has the right and capability to live life to its fullest. That journey can take us to many places and sometimes those destinations can pose real problems in our lives. In dealing with those problems, life can seem too much to handle. I want to help you successfully navigate life‘s obstacles towards a positive and healthy pathway to happiness. In order to help someone, I believe you have to meet them where they are, and this is where true healing begins.
I am a native Arkansan currently pursuing my master‘s degree in social work from Arizona State University. I have a passion for helping people, with a special interest in helping veterans. I am a disabled veteran myself and can empathize with many of the dilemmas that veterans face in life. I take an evidence–based systems theory approach in helping people with their problems. I have experience working with veterans, young adults, adults, and family populations dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma related disorders. It would be an honor to work with you as you navigate life‘s many obstacles.
