Life is always throwing us curveballs and I\u2019m a firm believer that we need someone to sit with us in those heavy moments- that\u2019s where I come in. I have experience with both inpatient and outpatient mental health, substance use, am EMDR trained, and love to work hard with my clients to help them reach their full potential.
