The process to find the right counselor can be daunting, but it\u2019s important to find not only someone who specializes in your needs, but also gets you as a human. My aim in therapy is to provide a personable and gentle experience. In my office we will laugh together, but also face hard realities together. Those who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, health conditions, or a faith crisis\/deconstruction will find a safe place to process and learn new skills in my office. My practice is Neurodivergent Affirming and LGBTQ+ Affirming.<\/p>\n
I help my clients experience less anxiety, heal from trauma via EMDR, and develop healthy coping skills for chronic health conditions. Two of my deepest passions in therapy are to guide neurodivergent clients in discovering self compassion, and supporting the healing of those who have experienced religious trauma.<\/p>\n
